The Coordinator acts as first line of contact and provides service to both internal and external clients of IG Wealth management.Duties Include:Handles Region Office business processing and compliance/regulatory administration related to several different platforms IGFS, IGFS Nominee, IGSI, Solutions Banking and InsuranceProcess client business including -document pre-edit, client and account set up, client adjustments, document processing and retentionOffer direction and support to consultants and their teams on policies, procedures and available resources, including offering trainingAnswers the telephone and provides exceptional client service to internal and external clientsServes guests by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriatelyHandles incoming and outgoing mail and package distributionOrder and maintain office suppliesUpdates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunitiesPerforms other administrative related duties as assignedProvides support to the Manager, Region Office Operations as requiredQualifications:Minimum 2 years of administrative and reception experience preferably in the Financial Services industryPost-secondary education in a business disciplineStrong Business/Technical skills – proficiency in PC capabilities including the Microsoft Office SuiteProven strengths in the area of:Client service orientation – Understanding and meeting internal and external client needs and perspectivesAccountability – Results oriented, takes ownership and delivers on commitmentsCommunication – Clear, concise, tactful, listens actively and objectively, open and consistent communicationTeamwork – Works collaboratively with others to achieve common goals, while adding value to the teamAbility to handle pressureDiscretion and ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlinesBilingualism (French-English) is requiredPlease visit our career page by clicking on the following link: https://www.ig.ca/en/careersWe thank all applicants for their interest in IG Wealth Management; however only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.IG Wealth Management is an accessible employer committed to providing a barrier free recruitment experience.
