A corporate head office client of ours in downtown Toronto is seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join their team on at temp to perm basis. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth front desk operations.Responsibilities:– Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
– Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages as needed.
– Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
– Maintain a tidy and organized reception areas.Requirements:– Ideally previous exposure to working in a corporate environment,
– Previous customer service experience is required with very strong communication skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
