You will lead, mentor, and develop Cast with a constant eye toward safety, inclusion, and building positive relationships with business partners in a fast-paced environment.This is a Casual Temporary or Seasonal role with no guarantee of weekly working hours, as hours will fluctuate based on business needs.You will report to the Proprietor CostumingWhat You Will DoEnsure an environment where Guest and Cast Member safety is the priority and seek opportunities to improve Guest serviceMonitor and Analyze inventory quantity and quality using software SAP (System, Applications, and Products) and GUS (Garment Utilization System)Meet annual financial targetsEnsure safety plans are included as part of quality, scope, budget, and schedule requirementsPerform administrative responsibilities such as attending meetings, compiling operational metrics, completing required reports, and reading and responding to emailsIncorporate the lens of Leadership, Management, Technical skills, and Relationships (LMTR) in daily functions and when implementing decisionsCreate an environment of inclusion where diverse thoughts and ideas are recognizedRecognize and develop Cast Members and hold them accountable for delivering excellence in safety, courtesy, inclusion, show, and efficiencyRequired Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 3 years of theatrical, entertainment, costuming, and/or related management experienceMinimum 1-year leadership experience and/or experience in a role of higher responsibility such as Coordinator, Crew Chief, Lead, Trainer, or the likeProficient in standard office software programs and mobile electronic devicesPassion for partnering, coaching, and mentoringProblem-solving skills, influencing abilities, and ability to provide effective feedbackSelf-assured, eloquent, and professional speaking & writing abilities (and experience)Experience initiating, organizing, and completing multiple tasks promptlyAbility to share creative and new insightsExperience with budgeting and schedulingPassion for delivering phenomenal guest serviceAbility to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidaysPreferred QualificationsShown experience with Walt Disney World® collective bargaining agreementsProven knowledge of MyTime, EISS, and SAPPrevious experience within Entertainment Operations, Attractions, Merchandise, and/or Food and Beverage line of businessFluent in Spanish or Haitian CreoleEducationHigh School degree or equivalentBachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.#li-sb6#DXFOS#DXMedia
