The firm is dedicated to providing top-tier legal advice and representation across various practice areas, including Court of Protection matters.Key Responsibilities:
- Client Representation: Represent clients in Court of Protection proceedings, ensuring their best interests are safeguarded.
- Case Management: Manage a diverse caseload of health and welfare matters, including disputes over medical treatment, residence, and care arrangements.
- Legal Advice: Provide expert legal advice to clients, their families, and carers on all aspects of health and welfare law.
- Advocacy: Advocate on behalf of clients in court hearings and tribunals.
- Compliance: Ensure all actions comply with the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and other relevant legislation.
- Client Care: Maintain high standards of client care, offering compassionate and empathetic support throughout the legal process.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: 0-5 years’ PQE in Court of Protection Health & Welfare matters.
- Knowledge: Understanding of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and related legislation.
