Pay Rate: £90–£110 per dayGSL Education is looking for a reliable and adaptable Cover Supervisor to work within a range of schools based in Corby. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in education or those looking to step into a classroom environment and further their teaching career within supportive school settings.Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring smooth lesson delivery in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Maintain excellent classroom behaviour and create a focused learning environment.
- Assist students with their tasks and provide support when needed.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure lesson continuity.
This role offers a fantastic chance to build classroom management skills and gain valuable experience in a professional and well-resourced educational environment.What We’re Looking For:
- Strong skills in both English and Maths.
- Excellent classroom behaviour management abilities.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- An Enhanced DBS registered on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
- Prior experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting is advantageous.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- A positive and adaptable attitude to cover lessons in various subjects.
