We’re looking for a sport-obsessed Creative Producer to work on a fixed term contract basis until the end of the year. You must have a strong background in social video and football content, to work across branded campaigns.You’ll be an expert in the nuances of telling compelling stories across different social platforms, with a creative flair to see projects through from conception to delivery.What the opportunity looks like:

• Working across shoots as the lead editorial voice, from development, to production, stepping in to direct, edit producing and seeing your vision through.
• Pitch and develop new ideas that will work for the LADbible Group portfolio, whilst providing plenty of brand-friendly attribution.
• Develop the cross-platform activation of these core ideas to work on all platforms in our ecosystem, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Work closely with Producers who will lead on executing the production elements of projects, such as budgets and schedules.

Skills and experience we’d like you to have:

• Must have experience of football content, with a passion for working with fans and getting the best out of them.
• Experience as a Creative Producer, creating social-first, branded content, with a good understanding of ASA guidelines.
• Experience of creating short-form for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms – and a clear understanding of what works where and why.
• Understanding of production elements including top line level of budgets and schedules.
• Strong planning and time management, working across multiple projects at different stages including concept development, storyboards, scripts and edits.
• Willingness to travel within the UK if required.
