The roleWorking in a fast-paced customer centric team, you will support a performance focused CRM strategy to engage and encourage customers to respond and convert, driving loyalty, profitability and lifetime value.What will you do as an CRM Assistant?
- Support the end-to-end process of creation and deployment of targeted and personalised CRM campaigns (Email, Push, Paper & SMS) to achieve the commercial targets.
- Working within the CRM team to support the development and growth of the customer base, play a contributing role in the creation of weekly, monthly & seasonal plans and objectives to maximise response.
- Utilise customer segmentation to deliver targeted customer programmes driving profitable performance.
- Produce weekly results and analysis, supplying recommendations for future actions.
- Working in collaboration with colleagues in other departments to ensure the commercial objectives are met effectively, efficiently, on time and within budget.
Requirements
- The right candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, eager to learn with a knowledge of CRM
- Experience of working in a complex and fast paced environment
- Relevant Marketing degree
- Microsoft suites and experience with CRM tools and systems
