We are now one of the UK’s largest health educators, where staff and students have access to an expanded team of brilliant academic and professional services colleagues, combined resources and facilities and more interdisciplinary opportunities.The merger creates opportunities to generate significant change in the world of healthcare including changes to treatment, population health monitoring, workforce development and leadership, policy, and advocacy.BackgroundCity St George’s wishes to appoint an experienced and talented Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to help realise the benefits of its cloud-based CRM system, Student CRM, and to optimise the lead capturing, nurturing and conversion processes of student recruitment at the University.ResponsibilitiesThe post-holder will bring their experience of using CRM platforms to our student recruitment processes so as to ensure efficiencies and better conversions throughout student recruitment cycles. They will manage the Student CRM platform to ensure communications, events and other activities central to the recruitment process run well. The post-holder will be an advocate for data protection and be used to a privacy-by-default approach to personal data.Person SpecificationThe post holder will have experience of using one or more CRM systems and of running effective direct marketing campaigns. They will have good database and analytical skills, strong project management capabilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
