Job description
Position Title: Custodian – Part-TimeWage: $17 per hourShift: NightsHours: 4:00pm – 6:00pmThis company is family owned, growth orientated company located in scenic South Central Iowa. We are looking for motivated, energetic individuals in many areas.Custodian Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
– Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
– Gather and empty trash.
– Cleaning building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
– Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
– Dust furniture, walls, machines, or equipment. Clean and polish furniture and fixtures. Replace light bulbs and fixtures.
– Make minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs. Performs touch-up and finish painting.Custodian Requirements:
– Previous Custodian experience preferred.
– Prior knowledge of maintaining waxed tile floors is preferred.
– Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize job tasks and requirements.
– Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, etc.[email protected]IND068About us:
