Heidelberg Materials North America, previously known as Lehigh Hanson, operates more than 450 locations with approximately 9,000 employees in the U.S. and Canada.The Customer Master Data Administrator Lead is responsible for oversight and coordination of the workflow to timely and accurately process credit application submissions for Heidelberg Materials Invoice-to-Cash, North America. They are responsible for managing the applications entry process within our Dun and Bradstreet Finance and Analytics tool, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures, and creation and maintenance of accurate customer and credit information in our ERP systems, SAP and JD Edwards.The Credit Master Data Administrator Lead position is based in Irving, Texas and reports directly to the Senior Systems & Process Manager.What you’ll get to do
- Provide guidance and direction to the Credit Master Data Administrator team members, monitor overall team workload and manage task assignments to meet SLA targets.
- Process credit applications reviewing applications for deficiencies, resolving discrepancies, executing data entry activities to record credit application information into the Dun & Bradstreet Finance & Analytics credit platform and initiating the workflow process to administer credit application decisions.
- Create new account information in the source ERP systems verifying the accuracy of the data based on the credit application information supplied.
- Function as a dedicated subject matter expert regarding credit application and customer master setup processes.
- Provide timely customer service for calls, emails, and questions regarding the status of credit applications and new customer accounts.
- Perform maintenance on credit and customer related master data changes to existing accounts.
- Support customer and credit application related projects as assigned by management.
- Other I2C projects and assignments, as required.
Essential Experience and Skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 3 years related functional customer master data experience with at least 1 year in a lead role.
- Working knowledge of Customer and Credit Master data administration management in ERP environments.
- Demonstrates commitment and engagement through extraordinary work ethic.

Preferred Experience and Skills
- Functional insight into SAP or JDE specific Customer Master and Credit Master data and processes.
- Previous experience with Dun & Bradstreet Finance & Analytics.
