The Customer Relationship Management Officer will work with all data-generating teams to transform data capture and lead an ongoing programme of data management to ensure quality, security and usability of data. They will champion the use of, and access to, data to inform decision making across Royal Museums Greenwich, as well as supporting users of the system to perform ongoing data analysis, including modelling, dashboard reporting and monitoring of KPIs.

Further key responsibilities include working alongside the CRM Lead to implement approved system enhancements and ensure compliance with data regulations including GDPR, while devising training in the effective use of the CRM system with ongoing support for all teams and developing and maintaining training manuals and business process records.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of working with Dynamics CRM and knowledge of customer data measurement techniques eg. ROI, CLV, incremental measures, A/B testing. Experience working with a range of stakeholders to understand business needs and provide practical solutions, and the ability to translate CRM functions into meaningful actions and approaches to achieve business goals for a variety of teams are essential for this role.The postholder will also have experience of using data to inform business process, the ability to identify opportunities for development of business process change through technology, and experience working with suppliers to agree requirements and manage delivery of outputs.

This is a full time, permanent role in Band 5 – Middle Management and Professional Specialists. Core hours of work will be 36 per week, working 5 days between the hours of 9am-5pm, although due to the nature of the work, some flexibility may be required. Flexible/hybrid working options are available, although the postholder must be available to work predominantly on site.
