An exciting opportunity has arisen for a candidate with strong administrative skills, to join a successful womenswear brand in the Midlands. This role will see you resolving customer queries relating to price, quality, faults and returns, as well as assisting the MD with general administrative duties.
To succeed in this position, you’ll need strong communication, organisation and decision-making skills, and will have worked within the fashion industry.
This role has come about due to growth, and the successful candidate will ultimately have full responsibility for customer service.
