And somehow, you manage to do it all with a smile on your face and a positive, can-do attitude.At the Alberta Motor Association (AMA), we’re looking for a great Customer Service Representative (CSR) to work on the Alberta Impaired Driver Remedial Education Program (AIDREP). This position has primary responsibility to register and provide support to clients who have been charged and convicted of impaired driving into the Alberta Impaired Drivers Remedial Education Program (AIDREP). The best fit for this position can demonstrate respectful and professional communication skills when dealing with the sensitive nature of the calls. This position also ensures program and resource materials are prepared for the facilitators and provides administrative support to the Program Coordinator with the scheduling aspects of the AIDREP program.WHAT MOVES YOU

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Report to the AIDREP Program Supervisor.
  • Process client and program information in the registration system (Dynamics 365), including payment, pre-& post program communication.
  • Take calls from registrants and book them into the appropriate impaired driving course.
  • Appreciating the sensitivity of the caller’s situation, you’ll respond to a variety of impaired driving program related questions from course registrants.
  • Gather materials for the Planning Ahead and Impact courses and send to the appropriate facility.
  • Assist with coordination of annual AIDREP Workshop.
  • Submit documents to the Alberta Transportation Safety Board as required.
  • Coordinate materials for classroom facilitation, including attendance sheets and facilitation materials.
  • Communicate and confirm with AIDREP contractors’ the facilitation of AIDREP programs.
  • As part of the AIDREP team, you will constantly look for ways to improve the delivery of service to course registrants.

WHAT YOU’VE DONE

  • You have a high school diploma and related post-secondary education or equivalent.
  • You have at least three years under your belt working in office administration.
  • You already have three years of relevant customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre environment.
  • You’re able to clear a criminal record check (PIC) every 5 years.
  • You know your way around the MS Office suite.
  • Ideally you have experience with the Motor Vehicle Enforcement System and have demonstrated the ability to learn new systems.
