Customer Service Administrator
£11.18 per hour – 37.5 hours per week (£419.25 PER WEEK)Must have Customer Service experience within an office environmentYou will need to be able to get to DN11 area own transport preferred
Temp to Perm contract
Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm Mon to Thurs, 8:30am to 2:30pm FriOur Doncaster based client is currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to support their team and customer orders.You will have a confident telephone manner and ideally have experience speaking to customers in the manufacturing sector.As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be required to:

  • Answer telephone regarding orders and enquiries
  • Filing
  • Preparing and filling in paperwork
  • Data Entry
  • Speaking to site managers regarding orders

What we need from the Customer Service Administrator:

  • Confident telephone manner
  • Confident speaking to site managers
  • Dealing with booking engineers to follow up on customer requirements
  • Experience handling manufacturing customers is desired
  • IT literate
