To have successful phone and email conversations, you must possess exceptional communication skills. Additionally, computer proficiency is essential for updating our database while interacting with clients.
· Prior contact center experience would be beneficial.
· Since our work revolves around our customers, it’s critical that you have the ability to establish rapport and exert influence. The most crucial quality is a proactive mindset, demonstrating genuine concern and pride in one’s work.Good customer service abilities are necessary. You have to work to a high standard of delivery and feel comfortable managing a variety of incoming and outgoing calls with clients. It is necessary to have prior experience working in a customer service setting; however, call center experience is not a prerequisite. Those without prior call center experience will receive opportunities and first-rate training.
