Join us as a Customer Service Agent in Bristol!This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract Maternity Cover.Working as a Customer Service Agent you will ensure all customer orders are managed correctly and requirements are processed right first time.What you’ll do:

  • Respond and take ownership of our customers’ orders and deliver inspirational customer service.
  • Answer customer enquiries relating to our products and services, in a way that reinforces the benefits of being a customer of Etex Building Performance.
  • Undertake additional customer related activities as reasonably requested by your Manager.
  • Be the key contact for customers and external sales team by proactively managing all aspects of the customer ordering process end to end.

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience working in a busy customer service environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy when undertaking order processing.
  • Professional telephone manner plus ability to build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) at grade C or above.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Outlook.
