Job Description:OverviewTwickenham Hybrid working £19,000 per annumWe are now looking for a Customer Service Apprentice to join our Automotive team. You will work across our commercial and marketing teams to provide excellent customer service both internally and externally.As part of this role you will complete a Customer Service Apprenticeship (Level 3) which will be run by HOET. More information can be found . This course is fully funded.You will support our sales teams in managing some of the biggest spending clients in the UK and work closely with the Campaign Management team to ensure campaigns reach their full potential in both revenue and performance. You will support customers with their subscriptions and ensure every customer receives outstanding service.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for booking and invoice related queries, from external customers to internal parties
- Liaise with internal departments across Haymarket
- Build strong external relationships with our advertisers, dealers and suppliers to ensure we achieve our business objectives.
- Manage administration for the sales team, with daily maintenance of reporting including but not restricted to; updating sales ledgers and creating New Business and Review presentations
- Booking travel and accommodation for internal employees
- Creating and maintaining accounts for clients
- Managing the administration of our internal systems
- Update and maintain magazine press flatplans
- Provide customer service for our magazine and business subscribers
Personal Specification
- Excellent organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident working in a fast paced, changing environment
- Comfortable prioritising, multitasking and working to strict deadlines
- A proactive team player with the ability to work independently
- Proficient at data entry with good attention to detail
- Numerate and IT literate, comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
Required qualificationsEnglish and Maths GCSE at a grade 4(/C) and above
