Telford office based Monday Thursday 0830-16.30 / Friday 0800-1600
Hourly pay rate £12.45

Working within a busy, friendly and supportive team environment and for a Global electronics company, you will have responsibility for a variety of task once trained.Job role /details
- Provide sub-contract quotes to customers
- Manage and prioritise customer orders and communicate status
- Answer customer queries and relay information
- Release Service Orders to suppliers for outsource work
- Liaise with logistics to verify order progress
- Monitor job turnaround time to ensure customer SLA is met
- Update internal system notes for individual jobs
- Generate requisitions, purchase orders and overall scheduling
- Review supplier quotes and order confirmation status to ensure orders meet customer timescale
- Ensure all daily administration is completed accurately and in the time required
To be considered for this role you MUST:– Be able to work in a fast moving office environment
– Exceptionally focused and detail-oriented
– Understand purchasing and customer service process
– Have advanced IT skills
– Be an excellent verbal & written communicator
– Have strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
