Canadian Linen and Uniform Services Company is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator in a hybrid role of Customer Service/Office Receptionist. They will have a variety of administrative responsibilities and can thrive within a fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate would exude strong customer-focused skills and a receptionist. This person will demonstrate enthusiasm in his/her work and enjoy providing support to various operational departments!

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls on a multi-line Cisco Communication system, responding to customer’s emails;
  • Securing office supplies, collating and updating presentation materials, supporting other departments as needed;
  • Working with our customer service representatives (drivers) to ensure accurate invoicing, bank settlements, customer inquiries or any service issues;
  • Processing daily data entry timely and accurately with various programs;
  • Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable;
  • Various reports in Oracle, Excel, ABS to be maintained and updated on a daily basis.

We are looking for individuals who are:

  • Post-secondary education, preferably in a related area of study;
  • Fluency in English is required (verbal and written);
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience within an Administrative and/or Office Support role;
  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software programs (I.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint);
  • Superior communication skills (both verbal and written);
  • Excellent customer service skills and effective listening communication skills: both written and verbal;
  • Demonstrates professionalism in punctuality, attitude, and grammar;
  • Extremely organized in his/her approach to document control and administrative functions;
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Compensation: The hourly rate that Canadian Linen and Uniform Service reasonably expects to pay for this position is $20, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors.
