• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
• Process payments and follow up with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service and insurance experience.
• Licensed in Property & Casualty in MO & willing to obtain Life & Health.

Expected salary

$45000 – 65000 per year
