T9-Specialist, a dynamic marketing and events firm based in Manchester, is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be interacting with customers at promotional events, ensuring a positive experience while driving sales for our non-profit clients. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy engaging with people, this role will offer the opportunity to grow and succeed in a sales-focused setting.Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers at events, roadshows, and promotional activities, delivering excellent customer service and providing helpful product information.
  • Promote and explain our clients’ services and campaigns, encouraging participation and securing sales or donations.
  • Address customer questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support event setup, making sure promotional materials are displayed effectively, and the event space is welcoming and organised.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement strategies that increase customer engagement and contribute to achieving sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales, providing feedback on the success of promotional events and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on clients’ products, services, and campaigns to confidently communicate information to potential customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to share insights, customer feedback, and help refine our approach to better meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK. We cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas, unfortunately.
  • Must not have applied to any of our openings in the past 30 days.
  • Must be able to work full-time, including weekends and evenings based on event schedules.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred but not essential—training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
  • A positive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and delivering value in every interaction.
  • A team player who can also work independently and proactively manage time effectively during events.
  • Strong organisational skills, particularly in managing event setups and tracking sales performance.
