Job description
To receive reported faults by telephone, email and via web portal, enter data and create detailed data for review
Dealing with members of the public, stakeholders management and the security services
Data entry into shared data base and update the company web portal with incident information.
Day to day administration and regular contact with repairs teams and line managers
Candidates should be up to speed with aspects of IT such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and have some data entry experience. SAP would be a great help
A good telephone manner and ability to communicate verbally to a high standards
This role is to start asap for 13 weeks
