We are recruiting for a Customer Service role to service our Northern Ireland Customers. You will provide a fast and efficient customer service to new and existing customers in Northern Ireland. You will ensure excellent customer service is always provided whilst communicating courteously and accurately. This role will cover all aspects of customer interaction from chatting online to handling complaints.You will ensure that the business is fulfilling its obligations with regards to the regulatory environment and its products are tested and compliant with the relevant underwriting and rating guides.Essential Criteria
- Minimum of two G.C.S.E. passes (to include English Language and Math’s related subjects) or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent and proven customer service skills
- Customer service experience
