Join us as a Customer Success Co-ordinator at Thirteen Group!Role Overview:Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Customer Success Co-ordinator to join our Experience team at Hudson Quay on a full time, permanent basis. You’ll manage a portfolio of work to strengthen customer retention, increase first point of contact resolution, reduce failure and create fans of Thirteen.Thirteen Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:You’ll help us by:

  • Working to understand our customer journeys, the excellent parts and those areas that need some work.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key customer contacts to build a working understanding of pain points, finding solutions and maximising success.
  • Engaging with our Touchpoint and Experience Managers to develop action plans to mitigate any potential risk of churn and repeats
  • Liaising with other teams to find solutions to a variety of customer needs with focuses on customer satisfaction, reducing costs and increasing growth
  • Working to identify opportunities of growth and nurture customers into fans of Thirteen

About You:

  • You’ll love working with our customers and colleagues to understand and continuously align to our business goals and to optimise the value they are getting out of Thirteen.
  • Previous experience in a customer success or customer services environment.
  • Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Naturally inquisitive and wanting to understand the root cause of any problem.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office suite or similar software package, especially as an advanced user of Excel and other analysis/automation techniques.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle during working hours.
