We’ve got a temp project working with a client in the Mayland area in Hemel Hempstead to start asap and guarantee at least a months’ worth of work to get through, but a huge chance it could develop into a larger project if someone wanted to continue.
Recruiting for the role Customer Upgrades Advisor to support on a 4 week project, you’d be working through their database of current and warm customers to speak to them about their current order/plan in place and speak to them about their upgrade options – Although you’d be working closely to the sales team, we would like to highlight this involves no sales and no cold calling!
This position is very well structured, and the team would give you all the training and support you need to settle in.
It is essential within this role that you have a good telephone manner and people skills as well as the ability to pick up a system quickly.
This role is fully office based in the Maylands area, with the department operating between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, but they’d be open to someone flexing those hours to start slightly later and finish slightly earlier if needed for example.
With this role starting on a temporary basis, it will be weekly pay at the rate of approximately £12 per hour + holiday accrual, pay day is every Friday.
Candidate’s requirements:
Must be available to start work within the next week.
Need to be able to work in the offices based in Maylands, Hemel Hempstead.
Good customer service or people skills.
Ability to pick up a new system.
