Our client based in Kibworth, a growing professional services business are currently recruiting for a Data Administrator to join their friendly team.The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and collating data as well as coordinating key information and documentation for a wide range of projects.This is initially a temporary position for up to 3 months with the potential to extend and lead to a longer-term opportunity for the right candidate.What you can expect:

  • £11.87 per hour (£22,523 per annum)
  • Standard holiday entitlement whilst temporary, increasing to 25 days plus bank holidays once permanent
  • Early finish on a Friday
  • Dress down and pastry Fridays!
  • Free parking
  • 5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 9.00am – 5.30pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch and Fridays 9.00am – 4.30pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Updating project information on internal systems and databases, including spreadsheets
  • Collating data and chasing up on any information
  • Overseeing and updating data trackers for large-scale projects
  • Collating all project appointment documents as well as liaising with internal colleagues to obtain any missing documentation
  • Creating and reviewing reports from relevant data
  • Assisting with reviewing of incoming project information
  • Supporting with the sourcing and presentation of project data for their clients
  • Helping with the setup, development and implementation of any new projects and services
  • Supporting the Technical and Administration teams with any ad-hoc tasks as and where required

Skills and experience required:

  • Relevant experience within a data or administrative role is essential
  • Experience of collating, reviewing and analysing large data sets would be beneficial
  • Methodical with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to liaise with clients and colleagues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel for spreadsheets and handling data
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Professional, with a friendly and positive disposition
  • Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation to ensure deadlines are met
  • An adaptable and flexible approach to tasks, workload and business requirements
