Assistant Professor/Clinical
The UT Health San Antonio, School of Dentistry is looking for a caring, driven and confident dentist to join our team. Our model comprises of providing comprehensive oral health services using state-of-the-art and ergonomic equipment, to improve the oral health of community population.This position is for an Assistant Professor/Clinical, Non-Tenure Track, full-time.
The interested candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of primary dental care, CDT coding and standard documentation guidelines. The candidate is experienced with electronic health record systems (EHR), digital imaging, CAD/CAM technology and has excellent communication skills.
The qualifications required for this position is to have a DDS/DMD degree from CODA-accredited dental school or international equivalent. Must have a current Texas State Dental license or be eligible for one. Completion of an accredited advanced training program and/or certificate (AEGD, GPR)/Geriatric Dentistry/Prosthodontics Residency training preferred but not required.
