The role is to begin immediately until Easter initially and possibly until the end of the academic year while it looks to recruit a permanent headteacher. I am working with a secondary school in Berkshire that needs immediate additional senior leadership capacity.
You will be someone who can roll up their sleeves and provide on the ground support to the acting headteacher. You will be a calming presence for the general teaching staff.
