The Governing Body are looking to appoint two committed, enthusiastic, driven and innovative leaders to join the school at a time of important change.The school is looking for leaders who:

• have a proven track record of improving pupil wellbeing.
• have the ability to drive standards, lead learning and teaching, ensuring there are exciting, creative, challenging and empowering learning opportunities for all pupils.
• have proven ability as a creative and inspirational practitioner with a commitment to high standards.
• are an excellent team worker, able to work alongside other senior leaders within the school.
• have experience of the day-to-day management of a school.
• have resilience, energy, flexibility, enthusiasm and is relentless in their drive to improve themselves and those around them.
• have highly effective leadership skills.
• are able to embrace and manage change and work with community partners, including building important links with parents and our cluster schools.
