You will be:
- RGN, RMN OR RNLD Qualified, with Unit Manager experience in a care home setting caring for older people.
- Confident in your management and leadership ability, inspiring less experienced members of staff to deliver consistently excellent care and support and to strive for excellence.
- A kind and caring approach with a passion for delivering the highest possible standard of care and support for the residents.
- An excellent communicator, and have a desire to work in a participatory manner with residents and relatives to enable them to achieve desired outcomes and goals.
- Experienced and passionate in supporting and developing less experienced staff members to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support.
- Able to work well within the team, leading, guiding, supporting and teaching junior staff members and acting as a role model in delivering care based upon best practice.
- Experienced in motivating and leading the staff team.
