Your Title: Deputy ManagerWhere You Will Be Based: Redhill, Surrey, RH1The Service Users: 4 Bedroom, age 7 to 17 on admission from trauma backgroundsThe Company:-Size: National provider with over 50 homes * Ofsted Track Record: Good and OutstandingEnvironment: Focus on nurturing, beautifully decorated homes, with generous budgets for experiences and therapeutic work.Progression Opportunities:Path to Registered Manager: 70% of current Registered Managers were Deputy Managers and have been promotedFurther Career Growth: Multiple opportunities for Regional and Senior Regional roles.Promotion Trend: Regional Managers often promoted from Registered Managers.Working Week and Pay:Managerial/On-Shift Time: 50/50 split (20 hours each; 40 hours/week, 173 hours/month).Overtime: Paid.Salary: £33,337 – £37,800 for 40 hours (£50 per sleep completed).Additional Pay:£250 for completing Therapeutic Training and in-house delivery.Bonuses for achieving Ofsted outcomes and service milestones.Other Benefits:Medicash: Increased cover with progression.Christmas Shopping: ½ day paid annual leave.Maternity Leave: 8 full weeks paid + 12 weeks at half pay.Health & Wellbeing: Support platform available.Training:Management Training: Available to Deputy Managers, includes 2 courses with 6 leadership and management modules.Staff Support: Extensive and relevant training for career development, with a supportive management team. * Qualification: Level 5 and 7 fundedRequirements / Non-Negotiables:Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Residential Childcare with young people.Age: At least 22 years old (children’s homes regulations).Driving : A valid driving licence is required.How to Apply:
