You will deliver dynamic and interactive lessons across KS3 and KS4, utilising state-of-the-art facilities and resources to bring your subject to life. You will join a supportive and collaborative team committed to academic excellence and personal growth.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality DT lessons that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities.
- Develop and implement creative and engaging schemes of work.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote best practices and continuous improvement.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enhance the student experience.
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Design Technology or a related subject.
- Proven experience teaching DT at secondary level.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Design and Technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
