This role will focus on delivering high-quality, impactful communications across email, social media, and web platforms, ensuring our messages resonate with diverse audiences and align with our ambitious campaign objectives.CARO fosters a welcoming and inclusive environment, reflecting the diversity of the university’s global community. You will play a vital role in creating and managing digital content for key campaigns such as Giving Day, Graduation, and alumni surveys. Working collaboratively with the Communication Managers and other teams within CARO, you will develop tailored digital assets, craft engaging email communications, and analyse campaign performance to drive continuous improvements.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing pre-planned social media assets and content to support campaigns.
  • Creating targeted email communications using Dot Digital, ensuring optimal deliverability and readability.
  • Updating website content through the Contensis CMS platform to support campaign messages.
  • Analysing digital channel performance and sharing insights to improve processes.

About you
You will bring:

  • Strong experience in creating and managing digital content across multiple platforms.
  • A creative eye for impactful storytelling, with excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Practical experience using a camera to capture high-quality images and video content for campaigns and social media.
  • A data-driven approach, with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and adapt strategies.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
