Provide support and assistance to the THIQAH team in organizing, co-organizing, and promoting IsDB Group events and webinars/online meetings along with keeping track of all website and systems renewals. Also support the team in managing the social media accounts.

Key Functional Accountabilities and Activities:
Administrative Support:

  • Provide support and help in arranging various events, meetings, workshops, training courses and B2B meetings for IsDB Group at THIQAH Office.
  • Provide assistance in organizing, co-organizing, and promoting IsDB Group events and webinars/online meetings.
  • Assist in necessary coordination and continuous follow-up with all concerned parties (internally and externally).
  • Extend help in developing IsDB Group digital marketing and communications materials (websites, social media platforms, e-newsletter, HTML invitations.)
  • Maintain tracks of all activities and include them in the database and multimedia library including photos, videos, etc.
  • Assist in the IsDB Group Private Sector Forum event (yearly event).
  • Organize and schedule appointments/meetings for THIQAH.
  • Develop and maintain proper filing/archive system for efficient follow up and tracking.
  • Maintain track of all website and systems renewal subscriptions/agreements

Ad hoc Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the team and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications/ Professional Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Communications and Marketing role is a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is a must.
  • Professional certification in Marketing, Communications or any related professional qualification certification is a plus.

Language Skills:

  • Capable of communicating in two of the working languages of the bank (Arabic, English, French) of which English is a must.
