The role applies basic theories to accomplish small scope assignments in a single area, providing timely, complete and consistent data reporting and analysis on a regular basis, leveraging internal systems and mining to compile reporting. The Digital Operations Consultant uses judgement regarding priorities and approaches to provide decision-making support through analytics and commentary, assisting in metric analysis for requests received from the business.At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. To successfully perform the work, you’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-2 days per month on-site, while other days will be remote.How You’ll Succeed
- Technical Background – Experience in using Microsoft development tools including, ADO, Azure, Power Automate and Power BI
- Digital Dashboard – Building Digital Dashboard with tools such as Tableau and experience with databases would be a key asset
- Process Improvement – Working with teams to review their current workflow processes and assisting them in building a modern and automated workflow
- Borrowing Product Knowledge – knowledge of commercial lending products such as; LIBOR/Risk Free Rate loans, Letters of Credits (LOC), Prime and/or US-Base Rate loans
- System knowledge – ACBS credit monitoring, knowledge of cash management services and systems (treasury cash management), COINS and ECIF experience is an asset
- Service Delivery Reliability – Liaise and interact with Clients and Business Partners. Respond to inquiries and requests providing professional high quality of customer service for the assigned portfolio.

- University degree/ College diploma in Business, Accounting or Finance or equivalent practical experience.
