You will be working closely and effectively with project leads, senior responsible officers and stakeholders across BNSSG.This vacancy may close early due to high application numbers.Main duties of the jobThe role requires an ability to develop excellent working relationships, deliver structured meetings and action logs from a broad programme of work. You will support key projects on reporting and work closely with the PMO.Improvements in our design and project development processes across all areas of health and care are critical to ensure that we deliver high quality care to our population when they need it most. - Professional knowledge acquired to degree level or equivalent.
- Experience in programme or project management.
- High proficiency in using Microsoft 365 and/or other software applications to enable business improvement.
Desirable
- Information Management & Technology experience and specialist knowledge.
- Proficiency in Benefits Management and/or Benefits Realisation.
- Experience in Requirements Management.
- Experience in managing Design processes.
- Experience in Process Mapping, using Microsoft Visio or other digital tools.
Communication and stakeholder engagement skillsEssential
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to draft high quality project documentation, present reports and influence stakeholders.
- Must be able to present technical information to non-technical audiences, using a variety of media.
