Managing multiple tasks effectively and juggling priorities are critical in the role to ensure delivery of team and business goals.As our business becomes increasingly digital, this role is key in ensuring we are able to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast paced, frequently changing environment.What you’ll be doingProviding accurate and timely administrative support

  • Developing a thorough understanding of the digital creative process, content formats (file types, set up, coding etc), content production (compression), and delivery
  • Ensuring that all relevant processes and procedures are adhered to and completed on schedule and to Clear Channel standards, whilst supporting the Digital Content and Sales Support functions
  • Ensuring that all content is displayed to a high standard, including chasing for, and uploading digital content, loading, scheduling, and re-coding images.
  • Updating and monitoring digital requests and queries for internal and external use, and liaising with the Sales teams / Creative agencies / Specialist /Clients, on outstanding content across all digital formats, to maintain and update Content names and Content data on the relevant systems
  • Coordinating communication between Sales, Development and Operations teams to ensure the booking process runs efficiently from booking through to displaying, ensuring a seamless service for clients.

Customer Engagement

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and contacts, including digital creative and production agencies
  • Follow up on customer queries, ensuring they are handled in a professional and timely manner, and are escalated where necessary

Working in partnership with the wider commercial team

  • Coordinating communication between Sales and Operations teams to ensure the booking process runs efficiently from booking through to displaying, ensuring a seamless service for clients.
  • Working closely with the Campaign Planning team, to identify any issues and discuss development ideas

What we’re looking forAs this is a support role it’s vital that you’re highly organised with excellent attention to detail and clear communication skills. You’ll be confident in building client relationships and have a helpful customer centric attitude.You’ll be comfortable with data and have an analytical approach with good problem-solving skills. Efficiency, accuracy, flexibility and great communication are key to success.Above all, you want to be part of a collaborative team and are willing to get stuck in, occasionally when deadlines are tight you may be asked to work hours outside of your normal contract to help get things gone.What’s in it for you
