Join our Electrical Products – Digital Transformation Team as a Digital Transformation Expert! You’ll play a pivotal role in implementing innovative use cases within our TEA Digital Transformation Program, focusing on automation, analytics, agile methodologies, and AI across various business functions. You’ll also coordinate with IT teams to ensure impactful, scalable solutions.If you’re passionate about working at the intersection of business and technology to create value through cutting-edge solutions and change management, this is the role for you!You will make impact with the following responsibilities:
- Enhance and Execute the TEA Digital Transformation Program processes and tools to help business functions understand & maximize the benefits of automation, analytics, agile, and AI.
- Collaborate with Business Function Coordinators, IT Teams, and Citizen Developers to:
- Implement best practices in Tableau/Knime self-service analytics and Mendix / Power Automate
- Manage demand for Snowflake data products, Mendix and ML/Gen AI solutions.
- Support complex platform migrations and new value proposition initiatives.
- Train and Govern: Improve and administer training and protocols to foster a synergistic community of practice and governance.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in developing complex analytics, AI, or automation solutions.
- Proficiency in variety of technologies such as Tableau, Knime, Mendix, and ML/Gen AI applications.
- Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degrees and industry experience are a plus.
- A growth mindset focused on solving business challenges, agile change management, learning new technologies and collaboration.
- Commitment to business impact, continuous improvement, upskilling, and teamwork.
