Join our talented Finance team as our new Director Billing Private Pay today!A few details about the role:

• Serve as the private pay billing expert for the enterprise.
• Responsible for the creation, implementation and monitoring of private pay policies and procedures across the enterprise to ensure accurate and timely billings and collections.
• Responsible for supporting the community Directors Financial Services, Community Services Support and HC Billing Specialists on any private pay billing matters.
• Work closely with the community Directors Financial Services and Community Services Support, health center administrators, and move-ins teams; is the lead on trainings and status of receivables for private pay.
• Assist operations with an aligned interim support plan when community Directors Financial Services and Community Services Support or HC Billing Specialist positions are vacant or as needed.
• Assure that all organizational internal controls are adhered to in the private pay billing and collection functions. Implement improvements to internal controls as needed.

And here’s what you need to apply:

• Bachelor’s degree with major or minor in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least eight years of hands-on accounts receivable managerial experience is strongly preferred.
