This team is involved in several project scopes, so there are a variety of projects to get involved in!What will you do?Manage the implementation of multiple concurrent initiatives of varying complexity in a time efficient manner. Monitor and control activities according to plan.Continuously identify potential issues, conflicts, and risks. Analyze, mitigate and escalate where appropriateInitiate and develop a roadmap to convert from legacy to latest technologiesDevelop and execute on end to end change management plans and plan and execute all communication related to these.Collaborate and contribute on cross-functional enterprise initiatives and manage the effective implementation of assigned deliverables.Establish strong working relationships across business units and platforms to build influence and impact with key business partners. Collaborate with groups to define and achieve deliverables and ensure initiatives are effectively integrated into RBC procedures and processes.Contribute to ongoing administrative program activities as required. Communicate effectively with peers and distil technical details into human termsWhat do you need to succeed?Must have:Minimum 10+ years of Leadership experience leading software development delivering highly scalable, high-performance applications with core skillsets including Java, J2EE, Spring / REST / Microservices, Linux and SQLExperience in designing and building scalable, cloud-ready services following microservice architecture principles, lead and contribute during technical design discussions and requirement clarifications.Extensive experience in Data management capabilities like Ingestion, Storage and Consumption of data.Good handle on ETL toolsets and Big Data technologies.Ability to manage and closely work with a 30+ member team including developers, business analysts and quality engineering.Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills.
