The role will focus on executing and delivering digital transformation, AI use cases and enhancing AI platforms. This role will contribute to CIBC’s transformation by executing and delivering on the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI initiatives and digital that align with the bank’s growth objectives and enhance client experience. You will work in close collaboration with technology teams, business units, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption of AI products and solutions, and will be aligned to specific strategic business units. You will provide strategic and tactical insights, and have accountability for Digital and AI programs, projects & initiatives that support our strategy and partner projects across CIBC. You will work closely with teams in a leadership capacity, and you will hold key stakeholder relationships.At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview.How you’ll succeedStrategy and Roadmap & Execution: Execute and deliver on the vision and roadmap for digital and AI products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs. Lead a team of Product owners who define, communicate, and deliver on the vision and roadmap for digital and AI products.Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, identify opportunities, and advocate for the value of AI-driven solutions. Demonstrate the ability to influence and drive consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.Relationship Management: Execute and deliver on digital and AI use cases and platform enhancements to improve functionality and employee and client experience. Work closely with business leaders to understand their challenges and opportunities, integrating their insights into product development. Partner with the Enterprise Analytics and Advanced Analytics & AI teams to leverage data and insights for product innovation. Maintain regular communication with technology and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and support for digital and AI products.Who You AreYou can demonstrate 10+ years of experience. Leading the design and implementation of new products, AI use cases, and platform enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to develop bespoke digital and AI solutions that address specific business needs.Measure and report on product performance, utilizing data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with CIBC’s policies and regulatory standards throughout the product development process.Synthesize complex analysis, findings, and recommendations, then package key messages for senior executives.Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application within the financial services industry.Proven experience in product management, with the ability to lead products from conception to launch.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, focused on delivering high-quality products that meet client needs.Ability to navigate complex environments and manage multiple priorities effectivelyEducation: You have a degree/diploma in Computer Science or Technical discipline.You embrace and champion change.
