Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?The Director, Digital Marketing Technology will combine technical expertise with strong leadership and a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.In this role you will lead a global team of Salesforce experts and be responsible for the strategy and execution of our MarTech stack to execute new programs that drive client & advisor engagement and overall user experience.You will guide the creation of comprehensive client and advisor journeys, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide guidance on marketing technology architecture to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of solutions.The role is accountable to the Senior Director, Global Digital Products & Strategy. You will manage and maintain relationships with senior partners across Marketing, Digital, and IT and deliver a high level of business performance, employee engagement, and a superior client experience.Key Responsibilities:Lead Wealth Management Journey Strategy DevelopmentDevelop and execute tailored client and advisor journey strategies that align with business goals and objectives.Ensure strategies are designed to deliver a seamless, engaging experience across all touchpoints, driving client and advisor satisfaction and retention.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate effectively with IT, CRM, business leads, operations and compliance to ensure alignment and successful integration of marketing strategies.Drive cross-team coordination to ensure timely and efficient deployment of projects.MarTech Architecture GuidanceProvide expert leadership on the architecture, design, and best practices for the Marketing Technology stack, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Advise on API integrations, system optimizations, and scalability to ensure a seamless and efficient marketing ecosystem.Change Management LeadershipChampion change management initiatives to ensure internal teams adopt new tools, technologies, and strategies.Develop training, communication, and support materials to foster successful transitions and usage of new processes.Implementation SupportOffer strategic and tactical guidance during the implementation of new marketing technologies and solutions.Work closely with internal teams to ensure all solutions are executed effectively, meeting business requirements and timelines.Continuous ImprovementContinuously monitor, analyze, and optimize the effectiveness of implemented solutions.Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and refine strategies to achieve better outcomes.Marketing Cloud Deliverability and Security AssessmentConduct comprehensive assessments of the Wealth Marketing Cloud environment to evaluate deliverability, security, and performance.Identify optimization opportunities to enhance the overall effectiveness and security of the system.What do you need to succeed?Must have:Proven experience in a strategic role managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar MarTech platforms.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, CRM, compliance, and business leaders.Expertise in marketing technology architecture, API integrations, and system optimization.Strong change management and leadership skills, with experience driving adoption across large teams.Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present complex strategies in a clear and concise manner.What’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
