We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary individual who is a terrific people manager, and can lead a team of Agile product practitioners to develop and deliver exceptional digital user experience.Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?As the Director of Digital Products in CFO, you will be responsible for creating the product vision/strategy, and for leading agile teams to develop and deliver exceptional digital user experiences for finance/CFO and business stakeholders. You will also lead agile teams to deliver digital BAU projects across CFO Digital Ecosystem.What will you do?Develop, design and refine a comprehensive and industry leading strategy/vision for digital products supporting core Finance operations. Develop roadmaps and execution plan for ERP (SAP, Oracle etc.), EPM (IBM Analytics, OneStream etc.), Reg reporting platformsEngage & cultivate relationships with key stakeholders from Technology Teams & CFO teams supporting Retail and Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, Global Markets and InsurancePlay a leadership role in the agile squad to ensure prioritization, scope and requirements are clear, and the product vision and strategy as well as how they underpin the scope is well understood.Improves processes, demonstrating Financial Services industry knowledge and knowledge of applications of at least one of the following focus areas: finance transformation, financial controller, performance management, financial systems optimization, and performance management /ERP platformsUnderstands the implications of integration with core financial services systems like Core Banking, GL and Planning systemsManage the end-to-end project life cycle, which includes developing the business case, scope definition, and resource requirements. Manage the financial and resource budgets across the project.Ensure in advance that there are enough ready features in the program backlog at all times, and that features are well formed/clear to all including detailed acceptance criteriaParticipate/assist with the decision-making that sets the architectural direction on the a agreed technology infrastructure that will host the new business functionality for products and product platforms.What do you need to succeed?Must-have10+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner working in an agile environment representing the voice of the customer and building the right products.Deep functional and technical understanding of ERP systems (Accounting Hub, Subledger, General Ledger, Performance Management etc.), implementation methodologiesExperience with SaaS platform implementation such as SAP, Oracle Fusion, IBM Analytics, Onestream, Axiom etc.Strong communication and thought leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teamsNice-to-haveBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degreeWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, thinking progressively to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
