- Play a key role in shaping RBC’s future ESG disclosure strategy and operating model, and deliver best-in-class ESG disclosures, including through benchmarking and identification of emerging disclosure trends
- Assess and evaluate the impact of new ESG-related disclosure and financial reporting requirements
- Work with key stakeholders across RBC to support enhanced governance over ESG-related reporting, including but not limited to RBC’s ESG Progress Report, Climate Report and Public Accountability Statement
- Provide effective challenge through disclosure reviews and drive consistency across RBC’s external disclosures
- Directly support a senior-executive committee with responsibility for governance and oversight of ESG-related disclosures, including material preparation and coordination
- Partner with key stakeholders in the preparation and review of ESG-related disclosures included in RBC’s regulatory documents
- Develop strong business partner relationships to foster greater understanding of key disclosures and emerging trends
