Taliesin Preservation of Spring Green, WI, is looking for a Director of Finance to join our team. Are you an experienced Finance professional? Would you love to be part of a creative and passionate team at a UNESCO World Heritage Site? If so, you might just be perfect for this position!
The position pays a salary ranging from $70,000 to $75,000. In addition, we offer a competitive benefits package including group health, dental, vision, paid time off, and a retirement IRA with employer match.

As stewards, our dual mission is to preserve the cultural, built, and natural environments that comprise the Taliesin property and to conduct educational and cultural programming that provides a greater understanding of Frank Lloyd Wright’s architecture and ideas. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
As the Director of Finance, you will lead the organization’s overall finance strategy. Contribute to strategic planning and ensure efficient use of financial resources. Provide supervision to Finance department staff. Prepare financial reporting for internal and external use. Monitor insurance policies and employee benefits. Participate in board and committee meetings.
WORK SCHEDULE
This year-round position works Monday through Friday, with some flexibility required. In addition, there is an opportunity for a hybrid schedule (in-office and remote).
