About this RoleOur Director of Marketing & Communications is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing, recruitment and communication strategies to enhance the visibility, reputation and engagement of learners and employers across the South East. This role requires a dynamic and innovative leader who can drive growth, engage diverse audiences and promote Chichester College Group’s mission and values.Reporting directly to the Associate Principal Employers & Stakeholders, you will lead a large and multi-site team of specialists encompassing brand & design, schools liaison and outreach, recruitment and campaign marketing, customer experience and communications, websites and digital content creation.Ultimately you will develop and deliver effective strategies that meet our learner recruitment and employer engagement targets as well as contribute to our wider strategic objectives.About YouAs our Director of Marketing & Communications, you will demonstrate strategic marketing & communication management skills, strong commercial insight, and outstanding leadership and communication skills at all levels.You will promote a culture of service excellence, manage resources effectively and drive positive change where necessary, to build and promote the impact of the Group.You will have passion, creativity and the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels across the Chichester College Group to ensure we deliver a planned and effective programme of activity to drive recruitment.What We Can Offer YouWorking for the Chichester College Group means you get amazing benefits, with pension and annual leave entitlement highly competitive against what is offered by the private sector and other organisations.
