As Director of Sales, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!

Key Responsibilities of the Director of Sales:

  • Owns selected account portfolio maximising full revenue potential for relevant hotels evolving partnership, creating added value and compliance, creating benefits for both parties and balancing hotel need in order to drive profitable revenues and market share growth for the individual hotels in the RHG portfolio;
  • Strategically drives profitable revenue – all segments – and market share growth with assigned existing and new account portfolio for selected RHG hotel portfolio;
  • Creates a consultative selling approach to maximize commercial opportunity for RHG;
  • Supports to execute the RHG sales strategy in line with hotel needs with clear action plan for both, online and offline business potential;
  • Owns selected national accounts producing inbound and outbound;
  • Leading, coaching and managing Account Managers within their team (when having direct reports);
  • Responsible for all business generation of their team’s assigned portfolio of accounts (when having direct reports).

Requirements of the Director of Sales:

  • Proven experience in sales with excellent problem-solving capabilities;
  • Excellent managerial skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style;
  • Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry;
  • Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations;
  • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy;
  • Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms;
  • Strong communication skills (Knowledge of Dutch and French is an advantage).
