We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Product Management to join our Developer Practices Group. This role is located in Toronto, Canada – Hybrid/Remote.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Manages multiple, complex products, that may be global in scope; provides oversight and operational direction
  • Leads and oversees complex product management projects, budgets, resourcing, etc. to support the success of product life cycles
  • Provides innovative direction and guidance on product management processes and methods to ensure products are aligned with client needs
  • Advises product management teams by providing direction to identify potential project issues or opportunities
  • Ensures collaboration, communication and helps to remove obstacles

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred
  • 12+ years of related experience required
  • Experience in the securities or financial services industries is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including presenting ideas in an impactful manner for senior audiences
  • Experience managing a team
