Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Job DescriptionThe Director, Product Management (CMS) will be a key member of the AML & Sanctions Compliance team, overseeing key technology initiatives and priorities for Commercial & Money Movement Solutions (CMS) Business . The incumbent is responsible for developing product vision and strategy and leading the Compliance product organization in delivering best-in-class Compliance technology solutions. With a focus on exceptional operations and user experience, the Director will leverage a data driven mentality to establish a value centered product roadmap which balances business and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will oversee the product management program, governance, and prioritization of initiatives with an emphasis on business growth and improved efficiencies.Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including requirements gathering, scoping/prioritization, user stories, rapid prototyping, solution design, deployment, and continuous improvement. Partner with business, data science and technology operations teams to define functional requirements and oversee execution
  • Establish a long-term product portfolio strategy and vision, informed by customer and business needs, and partner with leaders and stakeholders to regularly drive alignment, secure resources and overcome impediments
  • Strategically and tactically own product development for Compliance platforms and customer experiences related to AML & Sanctions, including the ability to identify product solution opportunities, enable automation and drive the execution of technology initiatives
  • Create, own and present product roadmaps of multiple complex product lines/product families and work with business and process owners to ensure alignment with overall business strategy
  • Translate high-level business requirements into detailed product specifications and actionable deliverables
  • Act as the primary liaison between compliance business units and technology operation teams to translate product and regulatory requirements into functional product features
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for AI-driven innovation within CMS business
  • Prioritize features and fixes based on user needs and business goals so we can deliver effective solutions
  • Attract, grow, empower, and inspire top product talent as they develop and deliver on their local product strategy in an iterative, outcome-focused and well-managed way
  • Responsible for fostering a strong agile discipline and inspiring teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics
  • Partner with Technology leaders to influence end-state architecture and build scalable technology solutions to deliver and enhance a best-in-class Compliance technology experience

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.Qualifications

  • Proven work experience of 7+ years as a Product / Program Manager or a similar role
  • You possess gravitas and authority, and you’re a leader that your team and organization trust implicitly to make appropriate and data-driven decisions
  • High motivated and intellectually curious self-starter
  • You’re comfortable navigating between the big ideas and executional realities to create an achievable strategic product vision
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, a hunger to learn and a seeker of new challenges
  • Technical acumen (you may not be a developer), but you are able to understand and confidently communicate with engineers, analysts, designers, and other resources
  • Excellent influencer and stakeholder management skills, including driving consensus and alignment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
  • Comfortable communicating your product vision clearly to your business owners and senior executives
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology
