You will work directly with leaders who believe in celebrating successes and sharing learnings with other teams to promote progress.What will you do?As Director of Software Development for the Policy & Governance Technology department you will be integral in promoting a strong culture focused on process governance, collaboration, innovation, and stakeholder successWork with business stakeholders across Operational Risk, Regulatory Compliance, Privacy, IT Risk to align their strategic and regulatory goals through the successful implementation of Archer or a similar enterprise GRC technologiesWork with the platform head, architects, and development leads to expand strategic roadmap and business capabilitiesEstablish and maintain a cadence of sessions focused on transformation of and adherence to our SDLC and change management processesIdentify new opportunities to uplift our team and to better promote our current initiativesManage software development team of developers and business system analystsWhat do you need to succeed?Must-have5+ years leading software development teams across a portfolio of initiativesStrong background in key domains of Governance, Risk, and Compliance with a focus on process design and software development in this spaceStrong communication and soft skills are necessary to work collaboratively across multiple teamsStrong presentation, PowerPoint, and data modelling skillsStrong aptitude for Archer or similar GRC technologiesNice-to-haveFull Stack development experienceExperience in front end development (JavaScript, html, CSS, Angular, React)Experience with UX/UI focused design and planningEnd to end software development and delivery planningNetwork and Infrastructure experienceData Insights and Analytics technology experienceExperience with API/WebservicesWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
